The Route 66 car club meeting was called to order by Dwayne Caldwell
At 5:00 pm at the Will Rogers Downs.

The pledge of allegiance was said and a prayer was said by Jerry Henry.

James Riddler introduced Roger Bell, representing the Jefferson Highway Association.
Roger Bell told us that the 4th Annual Jefferson Highway Association Conference will be in Muskogee, Oklahoma April 30 –May 2, 2015 and asked us to join them.

The minutes of the previous meeting was read by Secretary Barbara Kelsey and approved as read.

The Treasurers report was read by Sharon Coldren and approved as read.

Dwayne Caldwell announced that the 2015 dues a due and everyone is to pay them by March so that the new book can be made.

Dwayne announced that the vote on the Totem Pole was not clear so Jerry Henry moved to table it later. It passed.

Dwayne Caldwell and Richard Hodges have looked into making the club a non profit club.
Jerry Henry recommended to form a committee to work on the Bylaws. Jerry Henry will be Chairman with Carolyn Holden, Paul Richards, Terry Haddock and Dick McGuire.

Starbirds Show is Feb 20, 21st and 22nd. Lyndel Johnston, Paul Richards, Terry Haddock and the Coldrens will organize it.

A Cruise committee was formed to organize activities. The Rhetts, Cody’s and the
Weierbach will be on it.

A Committee for Donations was formed. Jerry Henry, Carolyn Holden and Roger Flemming will be on it.

Dwayne asked if anyone wanted to be on the Advertising , Marketing, Non Profit and the Charity Committees. No one volunteered.

Paul Kelsey will be the coordinator for the Swap Meet.

Steve Hadley has a sound system if we are interested and it would be for the cruise in and the car Show.

Dwayne is working with a lady that does embroidery. If you are interested in a jacket e-mail him.

We have a new Silver Sponsor (Hudiburg Nissan) from Oklahoma City. They contacted us via Web Site.

Dwayne announced that the Chubbs Auction will have an auction Thursday at 9:15am Feb.12th at the Mayes County Fairgrounds.

Dwayne announced that we will have our first picnic May 17th at 1:00 pm Claremore Lake. The second will be Sept 20th at 1:00 pm at the same place.

The first car show and swap meet meeting will be Jan 8th at 6:00 pm at the Pizza Hut.

Dwayne announced that the next meeting will be Feb. 8th because of Super Bowl.

Bill Holden will be at the Will Rogers Downs on Jan 7th at 6:00pm.

Dwayne read a letter from Akdar Shrine thanking us for our donation to their Transportation Fund and their Christmas Stocking fund.
