Dwayne Caldwell called the meeting to order at 5:00pm

Brain Hodges introduce our special guest, Don Bradford. Don said he has all the cars for the current project and would like to meet with everyone that is providing a car after the meeting.
Don said he would like to contact other owners for future projects and told us they are always respectful of our vehicles.

Kaye Meacheam read the treasury report, approved as read.

Carolyn Holden read the minutes for August taken by Sharon Caldwell, approved as read.

Dwayne mention that we have all the judges we need for the car show this year.

A meeting for judges and parkers will be held the 24th of September at Claremore Lake 6:30pm.

Contact Jerry Henry at the car show if you have any issues or problems.

Carol Roush has collected a lot of food coupons for the goodie bags such as Little Ceasors, Charlie's Chicken, McDonalds, KFC just to mention a few.

We will have four money bags at the car show and Dwayne mentioned they each need twenty dollars start up for change.

We have more food vendors than we have ever had seven or eight. One is a church ministry that will have Award winning Fry Bread Tacos.

It was brought up that we do not charge non-profits to enter the show. A suggestion was made to possibly ask them for a donation for our Shiners fund for the kids.

Sharon Caldron said we our up to eight Arts & Crafts vendors for our show.

Discussion was held about the registration cutoff time. It was decided that we will stay with the 11:00am cutoff but may make exception for someone from out of town that had problems on the road.

The turquoise shirts need to be worn at our car show. If you do not have a shirt they may be purchased at Hodges Computers – 414 S. Missouri, Claremore.

Also see Kay for name badges if you need one and please wear at the show.

It was decided tonight that the Christmas party will be catered. It will be at the Claremore Community Center November 16th due to the availability of the room. 6-9pm

Ed said the Toy run is on October 26th. Meet at the shopping center north of town at 9:00am.

Our Swap meet will be October 4th & 5th but need help for 3days setting up and shift workers.

Brain spoke to us about Facebook. If you have not hit like us please do. Also there are two places you can invite friends to our show. Tab at the top and the events tab invite friends.
Brain ask to spend 30.00 dollars for a Facebook booster which is like a ad., this will reach 10 to 15 thousand people with show cars. The Club voted to approve the expenditure.

Brain also let us know they have show posters, car show and swap meet flyers availably at their shop.

Dwayne said there are three new hotels being built in Claremore.

The Bluegrass & Chile festival is this weekend if you want to take your car for there show.
